82K Oso

A superb 82km course with 5000 m+ route starting in the cloud forest of Mindo. The route will go into forest trails and then ascend easily in a river valley next to the Pichincha Volcano. The trail will have a vertical climb into the Las Palmas - Rio Blanco reserve and then descend into the Lloa valley. The last stretch will climb up to Cruz Loma and finally descend to the Historic Center of Quito.
